You matter, I'm listening.

Experience a safe, empathetic space where you are supported to explore and grow. My holistic approach nurtures your mental and emotional wellbeing for lasting clarity.

Confidential Space

A Safe and Supportive Space

I offer a compassionate, confidential and judgement-free environment where you can talk openly and explore what matters most to you.

Sessions are designed to support you in:

  • gaining clarity around your experiences
  • building resilience and confidence
  • navigating life transitions and challenges
  • improving emotional wellbeing
  • Creating meaningful and lasting change

A confidential and private space where you can speak freely without judgement, allowing honest conversations that support healing and personal growth.

Taking the first step

Beginning counselling can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to face things alone.

If you feel ready to explore how counselling could support you, I invite you to get in touch and arrange an introductory conversation.

Together we can create a space where you feel comfortable, supported and able to move forward.

Lets take a walk?

Your comfort is important. I want our sessions to work in a way that feels right for you. We can talk over the phone, connect on a video call, meet in person in my space (or yours) or take our conversation outdoors with a walk-and-talk session in nature. You can choose the setting that feels most comfortable.

Holistic Wellness

Supporting You to Find Clarity, Balance and Wellbeing

You may be looking for a space where you can talk openly, feel heard and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive and confidential environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions and challenges.

Through talking and counselling therapy, I support individuals who want to improve their emotional wellbeing, navigate life’s challenges and move towards a healthier and more balanced life.

My Background

Before establishing my counselling and wellbeing practice, I spent many years in senior leadership roles across both the public and private sectors. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the pressures, expectations, and challenges people can face in both their professional and personal lives.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and teams through periods of change—helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, and reach their potential. This work naturally led me towards counselling and wellbeing, where I could focus more directly on supporting individuals in a meaningful and holistic way.

I am passionate about creating a space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.

Alongside my counselling training, I bring extensive experience in coaching individuals—supporting them to build confidence, develop resilience, and adopt healthier approaches to both life and work.

I also draw on a wealth of personal life experience, having navigated many of the transitions and challenges that life can bring. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation of personal resilience and practical strategies to support health and wellbeing.

These lived experiences—both the highs and the lows—have shaped my deep empathy for others and strengthened my genuine commitment to supporting people through life’s inevitable challenges.
